Carlos De Leon is a general contractor with more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry.
Mr. De Leon is the Chief Executive Officer of Waterhouse Construction, LLC, a general contracting company established in 2010, where he is in charge of overseeing operations of new construction, remodeling and renovation of residential, commercial and institutional projects.

Mr. De Leon started his career in construction in 1994 working for Techno Construction as a general contractor manager. He holds an undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Miami. Mr. De Leon also holds a general contractor license (CGC 057420) and real estate agent license (SL3303915) in the State of Florida.
